Since its inception, the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) has awarded research grants for the best, most promising research to cure sarcoma. This year SFA awarded $750,000 in research funds to 15 scientists as part of its 2019 SFA Research Grant program. The grants, worth $50,000 each, explore numerous sarcoma subtypes, multiple strategies, and different approaches to find effective treatments for many forms of the disease.
